I have been involved in social activism for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I learned the importance of using one’s privilege, to use it in a strategic manner, not to trumpet it.

As a person of color, my liberation is entwined in the liberation of others. Walking in the non-Jewish world is walking in the periphery. We have a collective responsibility to show up for one another.
